2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, member number, profile photo
• Player Profile: Gender, dominant hand, grip style, rubber type
• Video Content: Table tennis training videos uploaded for AI analysis
• Social Content: Posts, photos, and videos shared in the social feed
• Class Booking Data: Booking times, class records

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App usage frequency, feature usage records
• Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for delivering notifications

2.3 Information Collected by Third Parties

• Firebase (Google): Analytics data, authentication, cloud storage
• RevenueCat: Subscription status and purchase records (excluding payment card details)
• Google Gemini AI: Used to process training videos and generate training plans (video data is used for analysis only and is not permanently retained by the AI service)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Manage your account and membership
• Process AI video analysis and generate personalised training plans
• Calculate and update ELO rating rankings
• Manage monthly league schedules and match records
• Process class bookings and credit management
• Send push notifications (match reminders, booking confirmations, schedule announcements, etc.)
• Provide social feed features
• Improve our services and user experience

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Public Information: Your player name, rating ranking, division, and match records are publicly displayed on the App and website
• Social Feed: Posts, photos, and videos you publish are visible to other users
• Service Providers: Firebase (Google), RevenueCat, Google Gemini AI — solely for service provision
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on Google Firebase cloud servers (Asia region)
• We use Firebase Authentication to protect account security
• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS
• AI-analysed videos are not permanently stored by the AI service after processing

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct your personal data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Notification Control: Manage push notification preferences in App settings

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it immediately.
